اتحاد العمال وبالتعاون مع منظمة العمل الدولية يواصل عقد جلسات توعية قانونية

يواصل الاتحاد العام لنقابات عمال الأردن وبالتعاون مع منظمة العمل الدولية، عقد جلسات التوعية القانونية حول الحقوق العمالية، والتي تستهدف العاملين والعاملات في مختلف القطاعات والأنشطة الاقتصادية.
واختُتمت اليوم أعمال الجلسة الثانية بمشاركة عدد من ممثلي النقابات العمالية المنضوية تحت مظلة الاتحاد، وقدمها الدكتور عبد الجواد النتشة، حيث تناول خلالها أبرز الجوانب القانونية المتعلقة بحقوق العاملين والعاملات في بيئة العمل، وفق قانوني العمل والضمان الإجتماعي، إلى جانب العنف والتحرش في عالم العمل.
تأتي هذه الجلسات ضمن أنشطة مشروع “قوة النقابات من أجل عالم عمل أكثر شمولًا ومساواة بين الجنسين”، الذي ينفذه الاتحاد بالشراكة مع برنامج العمل اللائق للمرأة في منظمة العمل الدولية، وبدعم من مشروع “المساواة في العمل” المموّل من حكومة مملكة النرويج.

The General Federation of Jordanian Trade Unions (GFJTU),
in cooperation with the International Labour Organization (ILO), continues to hold legal awareness sessions on labor rights, targeting male and female workers across various sectors and economic activities.
Today marked the conclusion of the second session, with the participation of representatives from trade unions affiliated with the Federation. The session was presented by Dr. Abdul Jawad Al-Natsheh, who discussed key legal aspects related to workers’ rights in the workplace.
These sessions are part of the activities of the project “Union Power for a More Inclusive and Gender-Equal World of Work,” implemented by the Federation in partnership with the ILO’s Decent Work for Women Programme, under the framework of the “Equality in Work” project, funded by the Government of the Kingdom of Norway.
